Meet the March 2024 Pike of the Month, Gage Hensey (Oklahoma, Beta Omicron ’21)!
Gage Hensey, a native Houstonian and standout athlete in both football and track at Lamar High School, transitioned to a college walk-on opportunity in Division 1 track and field, where he now holds an athletic scholarship at the University of Oklahoma.
Excelling in the 400-meter dash, Hensey’s journey is marked by dedication and improvement, as seen through his participation in various competitions including NCAA Championships. Alongside his athletic pursuits, Hensey maintains academic excellence as a junior studying advertising and digital marketing with a 3.67 GPA.
Embracing the fraternity life at PIKE, Hensey contributes actively to the Beta Omicron chapter while balancing his rigorous schedule. Recognized for his leadership and character, Hensey embodies the values of a True Pike, earning respect and admiration from peers and mentors alike.
With aspirations in sales, marketing, or advertising post-graduation, Hensey’s future shines bright with his unwavering determination and commitment to excellence.
