Mason Andrews of Delta Chi Fraternity at Louisiana Tech set the world record for being the youngest person to solo circumnavigate the world by air.
He was also recognized as the Guinness World Record holder as the youngest pilot to solo cross the Atlantic Ocean between North America and Europe by air. Not only did he complete this historic feat in 75 days, he also raised more than $30,000 for MedCamps of Louisiana, helping provide free summer camp for kids with special needs and disabilities.
