U.S. Air Force General Timothy Haugh, [Beta Theta Pi] Lehigh ’91, recently assumed the top spot at the National Security Agency and the Cyber Command. A native of Hughesville, Pennsylvania, General Haugh earned his commission in 1991 as a distinguished graduate of his alma mater’s ROTC program. According to The New York Times, Haugh’s initial responsibilities will include securing the 2024 presidential election against outside interference and searching for bad actors taking advantage of new artificial intelligence technologies.
