The Dennis Campbell, Jr. Fraternity & Sorority Advancement Award

On March 14, Kent State University’s Office of Fraternity and Sorority Life announced a new award, which will recognize staff, faculty, and advisors, The Dennis Campbell, Jr. Fraternity & Sorority Advancement Award.

The award honors Brother Dennis Campbell (Akron) and will be awarded to individuals who have dedicated a significant amount of their time, effort, passion, and energy to advancing the fraternity and sorority community at Kent State. The university named the award in honor of Dennis noting his career of service to advancing fraternity/sorority communities, including seven years of service as the Assistant Director of Fraternity and Sorority Life at Kent State.

Dennis has been a long-time volunteer for Sigma Nu and currently serves as the Alumni Advisory Board Chairman for the Kappa Lambda Chapter at the University of Akron. He also serves the Fraternity nationally as a Division Commander for the Great Lakes Beta division.
