Founded in 1906 on the principles of manly deeds, scholarship and love for all mankind, Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. believes in the transformative power of education. Many of the fraternity’s members have excelled academically and professionally, and this legacy continues to inspire new generations to pursue educational excellence.
Go To High School, Go To College is one of the fraternity’s national programs established in 1922, with a focus on the importance of completing secondary and post-secondary education as a means for progress toward future success.
The Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. – Xi Theta Lambda Chapter is proud to host its 4th Annual College Fair, an event dedicated to empowering high school juniors and seniors and their families with invaluable resources for higher education. The college fair will feature representatives from a wide range of colleges/universities, military branches, and workforce and community entities, the fair offers students the opportunity to explore academic programs, scholarships, admissions requirements and more.
The College Fair will take place Saturday, September 21st, 2024 from 10am-1pm at Macedonia Missionary Baptist Church. 502 S Daniel Morgan Ave, Spartanburg, SC 29306
