SALT LAKE CITY, Utah (Good Things Utah)- University of Utah students and Beta Theta Pi members stopped by the studio to share with our viewers information about their efforts to help women, and everyone, feel safe on college campuses. They have a great relationship with the Rape Recovery Center and have worked closely with the center for the past decade.
Their fraternity hosts forums every semester for active and potential members educating them on sexual assault awareness and bystander intervention. They do a lot of fundraisers throughout the semester for the Rape Recovery Center.
The annual Blue Tie Gala is happening next year on February 21, 2025, with a keynote speaker for this event. All are welcome to attend and Beta Theta Pi hopes to raise $135,000 for the Rape Recovery Center.
