The Texas State University – Interfraternity Council hosted its annual canned food drive for the Hays County Food bank with a record amount of donations provided to the local food bank. During the month of November, the Texas State IFC donated over 12,000 pounds of food marking the second largest donation in the history of the event. This program has been a partnership with the Texas State IFC and the City of San Marcos, Texas for 13 years starting with a 1,000-pound donation in 2012 and now reaching this record setting donation.
