ka_tulsa This weekend two of our members participated in KA’s Emerging Leaders Academy, or ELA. Brothers Chipper and Wes spent the weekend learning about what it takes to be an effective and successful leader in a chapter. Our chapter President, Winchell, served as a peer facilitator. Working with the national staff to put on the conference and leading a small group.
