LAWTON, OK (RNN Texoma) – A local fraternity held a coat drive Tuesday for high school students.
The Psi Upsilon Chapter of the Omega Psi Phi Fraternity gathered coats to help fill the clothing closet at Eisenhower High School.
The clothing closet is a discreet way for students at the school to get clothes. They just need to talk to their counselor. “It’s all done very discreetly, and we don’t call the students out. So when they are in need, or if they have a friend who is in need, then they do come and visit and we see what we can have and what we can give them,” said Alicia Brierton, Senior Counselor at Eisenhower High School.
If you would like to donate to the clothing closet, you can do so by contacting Eisenhower High School.
