The Delta Tau Delta fraternity hosted its annual Sound of Milledge fundraiser for the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation at the Georgia Theatre on Tuesday, March 3. Twelve groups — two dance teams and 10 sororities — performed for the benefit show. The DTD Sound of Milledge is the fraternity’s biggest event of the year and sold about 600 tickets before the show started, which is better than last year’s number. The organizers expect to donate about $2,000 to the JDRF and $1,000 to the winning sorority’s philanthropy.
