On April 27, the Kappa Delta Rho fraternity from the University of Toledo (UT) made a trip to JAG Paintball in Port Clinton for an afternoon of messy fun. The group visited the business many times at its former location in Oak Harbor, and they were looking forward to trying the new site near Camp Perry.

“Nearly every semester, we come here for paintball,” said UT student Auston Gerow. “We have a lot of fun. Playing in the woods – that was definitely my favorite memory.”

The men can haul their paintball guns into the trees at JAG’s new location, too. JAG’s paintball field adjoins 13 acres of woods that are separated into three playing sections.

“We have forts and different things built in the woods for the players to hide behind,” said Jeff Hartlage, who co-owns the business with his brother, Greg Hartlage, and their friend, Dan Donich. “We also have two speedball fields.”
