Brothers, how are we feeling after yesterday’s CFP National Championship Game? Congratulations to the Ohio State Buckeyes and the Beta Nu Chapter alumni on the university’s seventh national title!
However, even if you’re not too jazzed about the outcome, Sigma Nus still have cause to celebrate the close of the latest college football season. In case you missed it, one of our own, Kappa Epsilon Chapter alumnus Mitch Purgason (Appalachian State), was tapped to be the designer of the first official Heisman Trophy blazer. The blazer was first presented to the trophy’s 90th recipient, Colorado Buffaloes cornerback/wide receiver Travis Hunter, along with past winners who attended the annual Heisman Legends Brunch in New York, including Archie Griffin, Tim Tebow, Desmond Howard, and Doug Flutie.
