25 WKU students candidates for 2025 Coming Home King

The 2025 Coming Home King will be crowned on February 15. The 2024 Coming Home King was Grant Oller (center); first runner-up was TJ Fleming (left); and second runner-up Beau Mobley (right).

Twenty-five Western Kentucky University students are candidates for the 2025 Coming Home King.

Candidates will participate in numerous activities, including a volunteer project with the Barren River Area Safe Space on Saturday (February 8), an interview on Tuesday (February 11), and a dinner celebration on Saturday (February 15). The king will be crowned Saturday (February 15) during halftime of Hilltopper Basketball’s game versus Middle Tennessee. Tipoff is 7 p.m. at Diddle Arena.

WKU students will cast their votes for the Coming Home King on Monday, February 10, via TopNet.

The 2025 Coming Home King Candidates are:

  • Luke Alford of Lancaster, Kentucky, the son of Alex and Jen Alford. He is a Mechanical Engineering major and is sponsored by the Baptist Campus Ministry.
  • Kannon Bowles of Bardwell, Kentucky, the son of Rachel and Korie Bowles. He is an Exercise Science major and Athletic Coaching minor and is sponsored by Alpha Xi Delta.
  • Mitchell Brunski of Wheaton, Illinois, the son of Marti and Michael Brunski. He is a User Experience Design major and Graphic Design minor and is sponsored by Delta Zeta.   
  • Jake Chandler of Franklin, Tennessee, is the son of Steve and Dolly Chandler. He is a Business Management major and Marketing minor and is sponsored by Kappa Sigma Fraternity, Campus Outreach.   
  • Ethan Coghill of Campbellsville, Kentucky, is the son of Tim and Jessica Coghill. He is a double major in Special Education and Elementary Education and is sponsored by Sigma Chi. 
  • Ryan Dilts of Villa Hills, Kentucky, is the son of Tom and Jill Dilts. He is a Financial Planning major and is sponsored by Alpha Omicron Pi. 
  • Luke Dwyer of Chicago, Illinois, is the son of Pamela Dwyer. He is a Psychology major and a Social Work minor and is sponsored by Phi Mu and Alpha Tau Omega. 
  • Adrian Gordon of Frankfort, Kentucky, is the son of Jessica and Justin Gordon. He is a Construction Management major and is sponsored by Sigma Phi Epsilon.   
  • Isaiah Hart II of Metropolis, Illinois, is the son of Isaiah and Lakimbra Hart. He is a Marketing major and an Economics minor and is sponsored by the WKU Chapter of the American Marketing Association.
  • Samuel Kurtz of Bowling Green, Kentucky, is the son of Todd and Mary Kurtz. He is a Business Administration major and a Political Science minor and is sponsored by the Student Government Association.
  • Jack Littleford of Birmingham, Alabama, is the son of John and Laura Littleford. He is an Exercise Science major and Psychology Sciences minor and is sponsored by Omicron Delta Kappa. 
  • Malijah McGill of Greenbrier, Tennessee, is the son of Kristi Fuseek. He is a Sports Management and Recreation major and is sponsored by the Western Kentucky National Pan-Hellenic Council. 
  • Blake Mitchell of Louisville, Kentucky, is the son of Wayne and Laura Mitchell. He is a Biology major and a Biophysics minor and is sponsored by Order of Omega.
  • Jason Morris of O’Fallon, Illinois, is the son of Tim and Tracy Morris. He is a Business Economics major and Finance minor and is sponsored by the Interfraternity Council. 
  • Trenton Osborne of Glendale, Kentucky, is the son of Jessica and Kenny Mogg. He is an Education major with a Social Studies concentration and a Military Science minor and is sponsored by Omega Phi Alpha. 
  • Thomas Pabin of Lexington, Kentucky, is the son of Tom and Christie Pabin. He is a Sports Management major and Business Administration minor and is sponsored by Alpha Delta Pi and Phi Delta Theta. 
  • Nate Partin of Barbourville, Kentucky, is the son of Cameron and Mynekia Hudson. He is a Health Science major and Healthcare Administration minor and is sponsored by Kappa Delta. 
  • Adam Pruitt of Mount Washington, Kentucky, is the son of Andrew and Amy Pruitt. He is a Business Data Analytics major and an Information Systems and Finance minor and is sponsored by Phi Gamma Delta. 
  • Augustus Roberts of Georgetown, Kentucky, is the son of John and Vanessa Roberts. He is a Finance major and a Healthcare Administration minor and is sponsored by Lambda Chi Alpha. 
  • Rush Robinson of Benton, Kentucky, is the son of Paul and Paula Robinson. He is a Psychology, Philosophy, and Sociology major and is sponsored by the College of Education and Behavioral Sciences Ambassadors. 
  • Samuel Seadler of Spring Hill, Tennessee, is the son of Katie and Rick Seadler. He is an Exercise Science major and is sponsored by the Student Alumni Ambassadors. 
  • Parker Stallings of Morgantown, Kentucky, is the son of Stephanie and Andrew Stallings. He is a Professional Legal Studies and English major and is sponsored by the Potter College of Arts & Letters’ Dean’s Council of Students. 
  • Abram Tingle of Somerset, Kentucky, is the son of Misty and David Tingle. He is an Electrical Engineering major and is sponsored by Honors Toppers. 
  • Cade Wheat of Louisville, Kentucky, is the son of Brent and Amber Wheat. He is a Mechanical Engineering major and a Systems Engineering minor and is sponsored by Chi Omega. 
  • Price Wilborn of Shelbyville, Kentucky, is the son of Matt and Glenda Wilborn. He is a Political Science, History, and Legal Studies major and is sponsored by WKU Spirit Masters.
