Mississippi State chapter proud to honor veteran

From the Kappa Alpha Order chapter at Mississippi State University:

Saturday, Oct. 19 was a very special day. After raising $20,000 this past spring to donate a Trackchair to a wounded veteran, we were finally able to present it to Sergeant Matt Zajac, who was wounded by IED in Iraq in 2007. Not only that, but the veteran that we donated it to was honored on the field during the LSU game for Mississippi State’s salute to service. It was a breathtaking moment to be a part of.

We want to thank everyone that helped make this possible, the Independence Fund, and MSU Athletics for honoring Matt on the field. We are excited for this to be a yearly initiative for our chapter! A very generous donor has already pledged $10,000 to our next fundraiser!
